An invitation to experience Ómós, an Irish farm-to-table restaurant and 16-bedroom guesthouse by chef Cúán Greene. Located just outside the heritage town of Abbeyleix in County Laois, Ómós celebrates creative, produce-driven cooking in a beautiful rural setting.

Our menu features ingredients harvested from our own garden and sourced from farmers, growers and ancient forests that surround us, including Irish cheeses, wild game, herbs, nuts, smoked fish and producer-focused wines and ciders. In the guesthouse, cosy corners, great books, modern Irish art and unique furniture invite you to relax and explore. Staying with us is an opportunity to experience Irish hospitality that honours seasonal food and design, with a deep respect for curiosity, craft and place.
